Bright sunshiny day

Today I am grateful for beautiful warm sunshine, the great aussie bbq, and the laughter of my children as they run and play outside in freshly mown grass. 

I *heart* Spring.

I was showing our wedding album to the 4 year old today, and the conversation went something like this:

Boy Genius: Mum, why did Dad choose you to be married to?
Me: Hmmm, that's an interesting question...
Boy Genius: I know! It's because you're the best cook!
Me: Hmm, maybe...
Boy Genius: You are the best cook Mum. You really are.
